Terms and conditions of services
By requesting services from GTR Appliance Repair, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Diagnostic Fee
• A promotional diagnostic fee of $50 per residential appliance and $100 per commercial appliance will be charged.
• This promotional rate is valid for a limited time only and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• If the customer approves the repair at the time of the inspection, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the total repair cost.
• If the customer does not approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
2. Liability for Damages
• GTR Appliance Repair is not responsible for any damage to floors, cabinets, or other structures where appliances are installed that may occur when moving them for inspection, diagnosis, or repair.
3. Warranty
• All repairs come with a 60-day warranty on parts and labor.
• The warranty only covers defects in the completed repair and parts installed by GTR Appliance Repair. It does not cover failures caused by misuse, accidental damage, modifications by third parties, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
4. Payments and Deposits
• All repairs must be paid in full immediately upon completion.
• Approved estimates require a 50% deposit of the total repair cost.
• The remaining 50% must be paid once the repair is completed.
• The technician is authorized to collect payment at the time of service completion.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment with GTR Appliance Repair, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
