This policy explains what information GTR Appliance Repair collects through gtrappliancerepair.com and when you ask us for a repair, how we use it, and the choices you have. GTR Appliance Repair is operated by Global Tech Repairs Corp, based in Hollywood, FL (“we”, “us”).

Information you give us

When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect what you type in the form:

Quote request: your name, phone number, ZIP code and the appliance, plus anything optional you add — email, brand, model number and a description of the problem.
Contact form: your name, email and message, plus your phone number and the service you need if you add them.

Along with a request we record how you found us: the page you were on, the page where your visit started, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or a Google Ads click ID). We also record your country and browser type as reported by your browser and our network provider.

If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically

Our own visit statistics. To understand which pages and areas bring customers, we record page views, taps on our phone number and ZIP code checks. Each record holds the page, the approximate location (city, state and country derived from your network), the device type (phone, tablet or computer), the name of your internet provider and, for the first page of a visit, the referring website and campaign tags. Visits are counted with a code that is computed from your connection and changes every day; we do not store your IP address or a permanent identifier. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies (such as _ga) and sends Google information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and approximate location. We send Google only general event information (for example, that a quote was requested and for which appliance) — never your name, phone number, email or ZIP code. Google’s use of this data is described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Security checks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and bots. To do this Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser signals; we do not keep your IP address. To limit abuse we count requests per visitor using a daily code derived from your connection.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers keep technical logs of requests (such as IP address, page requested, date and browser) for security and troubleshooting.

Our site does not set its own cookies. It keeps a small note in your browser for the current visit only (session storage) to remember how you arrived, so a quote request can include it.

How we use your information

To contact you about your request, schedule and carry out the repair, and follow up on it.
To answer questions and messages.
To understand which pages, areas and advertising bring customers, and to improve the site.
To protect the site and our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.
To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We do not send marketing text messages.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

Cloudflare — hosting network, form processing and storage, spam protection.
Google — Google Analytics, web fonts, and the photos shown with our Google reviews (your browser loads these directly from Google).
Telegram and email providers — new requests are sent to our team by Telegram message and email so we can call you back quickly.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 90 days. Quote requests and messages are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (888) 462-6002. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics as described above. The site keeps working without them.

Links to other websites

Our site links to Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Apple Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
