Repaired- The problem
- The dryer was running but not heating. The customer reported it to our booking team.
- What we found
- We ran a full diagnostic. The dryer had power and its 240-volt supply was present at the outlet. We checked the sensors, thermal fuses and related components and found the heating element broken (no continuity), so the dryer could not heat.
- What we did
- The part was on the truck. We sent the customer an estimate, she approved it, and we replaced the heating element on the same visit. The dryer is heating again.
